Carlos, carpentry (Mexico)
Originally from Mexico, Carlos now lives and works in Vancouver, BC as a carpenter. Carlos came to Uganda in November-December 2015 to help build coops to house quails. He taught the group many valuable lessons and carpentry skills. He taught everyone how to use his electric tools and the coops were completed very quickly.
Carly, fundraising (Canada)
Carly is a Certified Clinical Counsellor working in Calgary, Alberta with adolescents, adults, and families to address a variety of life challenges. She has been a valuable supporter since the beginning and has donated funds that helped make the info centre a reality. Carly visited Uganda in January 2019 where she brought joy to the community through her cuddles and dance parties!
Diane, web development (Canada)
Diane is a Research Project Manager at Simon Fraser University, where she is responsible for pre-award development and post-award management of the university’s largest and most complex research grants. Diane currently helps the project remotely by managing the website and developing other multimedia content to promote the organization.
